  • Identify, consider and challenge what they believe to be true about teaching and learning.
  • Explore and understand different learning theories, styles, challenges and needs; including their own!
  • Discover how effective teachers create engaging learning environments and experiences where all students can learn.
  • Design, facilitate and evaluate their own authentic and exciting learning activities.
  • Interconnect and explore with fellow teachers, learners and other interesting life forms in a variety of natural and cultural settings beyond the classroom.
  • Travel beyond what they have come to know as "school."
  • Experience the life of a teacher by being a teacher!
